I am from India,and i have planned to do MBA from Canada next year. On checking the total cost (mba,living,books) i guess roughly 80-90 lakh is an average.It is just a very rough estimate and i might be wrong.I will take student loan and will also take money from parents and relatives to finance the cost required for pursuing MBA.But i wanted to ask,do students earn while pursuing MBA in canada ? for eg some one said that in 4 month vacation,some student stay back and work full time, If this is true how much can one earn (with not sacrificing the studies or anything related to MBA) ? I was just curious and so wanted to ask.

Hmm I think you need to maybe double that number to get a realistic one. It depends of course on the city you go to, but I'd expect that 150-250 Lakh is likely more reasonable. Of course it's highly flexible. You can decide to live very cheaply, but you'll find that going to Bschool costs money. People go out, take holidays, eat together in fancy restaurants, and this socializing is an important part of the experience.
Most MBA students earn nothing, although you can get a good summer internship which can pay. But usually people take loans and then pay out of their salary later.

I know you are right.In majority of top B Schools it is around 150-250 lakh. But i dont think i can afford that much,though in Canada there are few top b schools like Schulich where overall cost is around 50-60 lakh. I got to know this from a student who is currently pursuing regular 2 year MBA in schulich.I will be glad if i get admit in schulich.
