PERSONAL
• Female, 28 in 2016
• Vietnamese citizen
EDUCATION
• GMAT: 700 (50Q, 34V, 5 AWA)
• GPA: 8.18/10 (or 3.2/4), Majored in International Economics
• Undergraduate (top university in Vietnam): Got school scholarships & Amcham Scholarship by American Chamber of Commerce for best students nationwide.
• High school (in Vietnam): Class for Gifted Students in Mathematics: Odon Vallet Scholarship for high performance students in 2 consecutive years
WORKING EXPERINCE
• 5.5 years experience in 2016
• Brand manager, handle a major brand of company, fully responsible for $16M business in Vietnam, in charge of marketing strategy and execution
• Top FMCG company. Company size: ~330,000 employees worldwide, ~2,000 employees in Vietnam
• Lead a team of 15 people on new product innovation (1-2 big project per year); 2-3 successful projects to bring 26% market share gaining, double volume in 3 years.
• Graduated from Management Trainee (program to develop future managers for company). Youngest one in the company to be promoted 4 times in 5 years (up to end 2015)
• Vietnam representative to join Global Business Seminar in company's Head Quarter, involve in strategic discussion with 40 markets
EXTRA-CURRICULUM ACTIVITY:
• Vice president of a Toastmasters Club (~30 members, public speaking & leadership club): - organized public events & built relationship with core sponsors and trainers. Initiated Leadership development program for club members.
• Vice president of a Volunteer Tour Guide Club (~200 members, Volunteer Award VN 2014): Provide free tours for 300 foreigners, initiated & organized cultural events for students

• Minus point: No other language except English & Vietnamese. Not yet work or study abroad.
I'd like to apply for MBA major in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Prefer big cities, competitive environment & diversity.
Please comment on my candidacy, as well as recommend business schools as categorized below.
• Stretch schools: 20-30% chance but it’s worth to give it a try
• Match schools: 50-60% chance
• Safe schools: probably I am able to get in

Hello there!
And good to hear from you!
So I like your profile a lot. It's unique and interesting. We don't see thaaaaat many candidates from Vietnam, and certainly not female ones, and both of these things will work to your advantage.
Your scholarships are a big plus too, as is your strong leadership experience with a team of 15. Overall, I'd say your candidacy is relatively strong if you can find the right way to frame things in your essays.
In terms of which schools to apply to. I'd say top 5 (about) would be stretch. Schools ranked 5-15 would be competitive and then 15-30 Safe. (no need to go below that). Obviously we aren't talking in cutoff terms here, but generally.
And if you were to write me back with a specific proposition of exactly which schools you wanted to apply to, I could comment on it,
