Can someone please evaluate my profile
Undergrad GPA : 65% (Mumbai University) - Though I did my graduation and CA together.
Work Experience : 2 years in Project Finance in a leading Infra companies in India and currently 1.5 years into a business strategy role at one of the leading manufacturing companies in India (spent 3 months in Tokyo with the Technology partners).
Also as a sidenote, as a part of my CA Course, I've worked as an Article for 3.5 years with KPMG (statutory audit)
GMAT score : 720
Chartered Accountant - 1st Attempt
CFA Level 2 cleared
Extra curricular activities : Won quiz competitions in school / Part of Shiamak Davar Dance academy for about 4 years (Featured in a few Bollywood movies)
Would be able to get a really good recommendation.
Schools Targeted : Ross Michigan / INSEAD Singapore / ISB / NUS / Chicago Booth

Hey there,
And good to hear from you!
I can probably help you a lot better if you provide more detail. I need a LOT more info from you - school name, employer name, titles, promotions, greatest achievements, volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement, leadership.. etc. before I can give you a real evaluation.
It will also be very helpful if you can elaborate upon your goals.
However, that being said, you are likely aiming too high. You have a great GMAT but a relatively low GPA from a non-IIT, and without good recs. You would be more competitive in the 10-30 ranking than in Top 10, which for you would likely be stretch schools.
Of course it depends on the details, and what other extras you have.... but from what I can see here, that should be about right.
