Hi, thank you for your response.
For my application i'm working in a story of change and evolution. Actually, once I got the means to get a professional degree, my progress was really fast.

Here in Perú, the length of the bachelor programs is 5 years, but I put some extra effort and finished in 4 years and still got the highest GPA, no only of my class but also of all the classes that year.

When I was in my third year, I start working in the biggest Telecom company of Perú as a market research intern. I got a promotion to market rearch assistant one year before I finished my degree (they usually don't promote interns until they get their bachelor degrees, but did an exception for me).

One year before I was promoted to marketing analyst in the B2B department. By the way, my old boss had to hire a junior manager to fill my old position.

One year after that I get my actual position as a marketing coordinator (I think the equivalent position is marketing manager). I'm responsible for the ATL and BTL communication of the mobile department and have almost 20 indirect reports.

Hopefully I will get a promotion to a senior manager position before the admission deadlines.

I don't want an european as my first choices because they don't have the same impact in the peruvian marketplace. On the other hand, my wife is canadian and I want a MBA with good placement not only in Perú but also in Canada.

Thank you very much!

Hey there,
And good to hear from you once again!
Sounds good overall. Like you have very nice progress and lots of facts to back up that you are actually doing very well.

I think that if you apply to a mix of Top 20 US programs and then 2-3 from the top Canadian programs that should be a fair list for you. The Canadian programs are easier to get into at the top level, and if you have your wife as well, you can weave that into the story too.

Let me know if you have any other questions or comments!

Best,
JF
