Hi I just retook the GMAT and moved from 680 (Q49, V34, IR6) to 720 (Q49 75%, V40 95%, IR2). There were a few issues with the testing centre (the calculator was too slow to use it for any question) and the centre admin couldn't solve the issue and I had to rush past the IR section and ended up with a horrible score of 2.
I have a quantitative background (B. Sc Hons Mathematics) and work experience of 2.5 years in the education field. I plan to apply to quant heavy programs like those of Sloan, Stern, etc. Should I retake the GMAT to improve my quant and IR scores? (Also, will they consider the fact that I had IR 6 in my previous attempt?)
I plan to apply in R2, and, if retaking the test, will take it in the next two weeks itself.
