I gave my Gmat yesterday and got 710 with sectional break ups Q51 and V34, IR8. I have 2 years of work experience in TCS as software engineer. Which colleges in Europe or USA can I target.

It's going to depend on some other factors as well, including your undergrad GPA & how prestigious your university was, what you studied & your demographics (it will be tougher for example if you are an Indian male with an engineering background), the impact/results you can show that you've driven at work, and your post-MBA goals. Generally speaking though assuming you are not an Indian male engineer, you want to at least hit & ideally exceed a school's average GMAT score. If you are an Indian male engineer you'll for sure want to exceed the average. For example, if a school's average is 700 you'll want to try to hit 740. That is the toughest demographic when it comes to b-school apps and it's also one that tends to have very high GMAT scores. I'd use that as your guide in choosing schools - and then like I said it will also depend on your goals since you'll want to be able to make a strong argument between the skill gaps you need to fill and a school's specialty (e.g. entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, etc).
