Hi! I would appreciate your thoughts on my profile as it stands. I plan on applying to MBA programs in 2020 for matriculation in Fall 2021.

22 y/o white LGBT American/Canadian citizen
GMAT:
1st attempt: 700 (43 Q, 41 V, 7 IR, 5 AWA)
2nd attempt: 750 (48 Q, 45 V, 5 IR, 5.5 AWA)
University:
Top 25 undergrad (think WashU, USC, Vandy)
Double major in Economics and a foreign language
3.97 GPA
Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude
Graduated in only 3 years
Work Experience:
I am currently working as a brand marketer at a well known CPG company in NYC. I will have just over 2 years of full-time work experience when I apply to business school next year (1 year in a post grad management development program and 1 year as an assistant marketing manager). My biggest weakness will most likely be my limited work experience (and hence my young age).
Goals:
I'm interested in pursuing concentrations like Entrepreneurship, Strategy and/or International Business. I'm pretty certain I would like to study abroad in Europe (again) for a semester of my MBA. In the short term post-MBA I will most likely pursue a career in consulting with the goal of eventually being self-employed (not sure if that means being an independent consultant or entrepreneur). I've also always been very passionate about education and can see myself becoming a professor down the road.
Target Schools:
I am targeting schools where I think I might be a candidate for a half/full scholarship based on my scores: Fuqua (reach), Haas (reach), Anderson (target), McCombs (target), Goizueta (safety), Foster (safety)

You have a strong profile & a good shot at these schools. Your GMAT is great, the fact that you are an LGBTQ candidate will contribute to class mix, and brand management in CPG is not easy to break into & is great experience. Assuming you can show some strong accomplishments at work don't stress about the 2 years. Schools want candidates with 3-5 years upon matriculation & it's actually better to be on the younger side rather than the older side (especially if you are by chance female).
The one thing you are going to want to firm up is your post-MBA goals. You'll need to zero in on a single path & be ready to tell them your target title & 2-3 target firms in the ST & LT. They want to see what you hope to accomplish/the change you hope to drive as well as WHY this path is your passion. If you go the entrepreneurship route you'll need to be ready to explain the unmet need you plan to fill and how you'll compete with other firms in that space. Entrepreneurship can be a trickier goal since people are not often ready to speak to their idea with that level of detail. Specifics are critical since it not only shows that you've done your homework but also allows you to make a stronger, more specific "why MBA" and "why our school" argument.
