HI Zettron,
Thanks for sharing your profile with us!
Without knowing more details about your career path (such as your track record of promotions, your job responsibilities and how they've changed over time, examples of your leadership and soft skills, etc.), it's difficult to fully assess your chances at top-25 schools. Certainly a 720+ GMAT would be a positive contributor (although for your demographic as an Indian engineer, which tends to be very competitive and which skews higher on the GMAT scale, a 750+ would be more eye-catching). But I'd need to know more about your undergraduate credentials and your experience to give a better evaluation.
As you probably know, at this point you're quite a bit older than the average age for top US MBA programs, which is also a reason for hesitation. AdComs will wonder why you've waited until now to apply for an MBA, rather than earlier in your career. Perhaps you have a compelling reason for this (such as family obligations or attractive opportunities at work that were difficult to pass up) -- if so, be sure to mention this in your applications. Otherwise, at your level of tenure / experience, the better fit would probably be an executive MBA program (if your work situation and immigration status will allow it) or another program like the Stanford MSx that's designed for professionals who are further along in their careers, rather than the full-time MBA, where your peers would likely be several years younger and less experienced than you.
I hope that helps! If you'd like to chat further, feel free to reach out to us at

Best,
