Hello,
Please evaluate me profile and I really appreciate your help. I am targeting Duke, Cornell, McCombs, UNC, Booth. I would like to know more about which colleges will be within my reach, and the ones that will be a stretch.
GRE score: 320, Q166V154
Undergraduate university: The Ohio State University (Graduated in 2017)
Undergraduate major : Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Demography: 25 y/o M Indian
work ex: 3.5 years
College career: Sponsorship head, Society of Manufacturing Engineers at Ohio State
Board member, Indian Students Association at Ohio State
Work experience: Working for a top automotive supplier company as a manufacturing engineer
- Responsible for managing production/ operations on a $10M machine line generating >$20M in revenue
- Manage 8 machine operators and train new engineering hires
Extracurricular activities: Young alumni ambassador for Engineering college
- Founder of Tennis club in my city, currently around 15 active members
Future goals: I have interest in finance as I enjoy stock investing, reading balance sheets and my goal is to combine my technical skills with finance tools (I am indirectly involved with P&L at my work).

Based on what little information you have provided, with a GRE score on par with the average for most of your target schools (Booth is a little higher), and 4 years of work experience by the time you enroll, you meet the target averages for these schools in that regard. However, without knowing more details such as your GPA, your leadership accomplishments, and more concrete details on your long term goals it's hard for us to assess which schools are within reach and which ones would be a stretch. In addition you mention that you're Indian. What is your nationality? Are you American or Indian? If it's the latter, it would be that much more competitive as an Indian national with an engineering background. The key would be to differentiate you from others with similar profiles.
