I would really appreciate a profile evaluation.
Background: Indian
Age 27, Female
Education: B.E in Electrical Engineering, GPA: 8.14/10
GMAT: 750
Work experience: 3 months of a summer internship at Thermal power plant.
4 years of experience in L&T
Joined as GET(Graduate Engineer Trainee)
-Work on different projects with the senior engineers in a team.
Promoted 1 time
-Now working as a Senior Engineer. Lead the junior team and work on various projects related to the organization.
1 year gap due to preparation of competitive exam
Extracurricular activities: 1) Worked with a non-profit health based NGO as a blog editor, capturing their fieldwork and sharing their stories with the world.
2) I participated in various events take place in the organization.
3) Participated in different sports competition in undergrad and won 1st prize in volleyball
Things I like to do: Yoga, Read self-help books.
Post-MBA goals: To work in a Management consulting/ Tech
Target colleges: M7 and European schools such as IINSEAD and HEC.
What more I need to focus on my profile to increase my chances?

I would adjust your career goals. You have to be way more interesting in your thinking, especially coming from a competitive demographic. Consulting/tech without a unique angle is going to flatten your potentially interesting application.
You could probably use one more extracurricular activity or community initiative. I realize there isn't a ton of time prior to applications, but that part of your profile seems thin.
Otherwise, make sure you develop a deep understanding of each school by doing your research into areas of particular fit and by reaching out to students and admissions ambassadors to express your interest.
