Hi, I would really appreciate if you could evaluate my profile and give some pointers. I hope the level of detail is okay with you as I have tried to give as much context as possible ( I apologize if its too much )
Demographic : Indian Male , 25 Years old
GMAT : 720
Undergrad : Graduated in 2017, Civil Engineering from Delhi Technological University ( Renowned institute , Similar to IITs). I graduated in 2017 with 75.57% (Absolute scoring, First class with distinction). Not sure what would be the GPA equivalent, I was in top 5-10% of the class
Work-ex : Total experience of 4.5 Years After Graduating from college , I joined the country's leading renewable energy power producer as a trainee where I was working in the project execution team. Highlights of my work ex :
At the time when I left the job I was working as a construction manager (Site head) for large scale projects (10-15 Million USD) while leading a team of 20 engineers (Inhouse + contractors), I rose to this position at a very young age when compared to rest of my contemporaries ( A person with the same role has usually 10+ years of experience)
In the organization , I was Recognized as an effective leader, same is visible through LORs or through the fact that each year there was a significant increase in my responsibilities.
The ugly things :
Little to No extra-curriculars achievements , Though I like playing video games and rose to global rank 13 in a strategic PVP game lol , Also ran a book club two years ago but no spectacular achievements to be honest
Community service : Nothing substantial , Was active in the organization's CSR works but nothing to show under my name ( Developing Micro grid for villages, always ensured Tree plantation and road development at all of my sites which were in a rural areas ). not sure if I can leverage that or not
I left my job on 15 Sep 2021 as my job was very demanding so it was not possible to prepare while working and a 3 Month sabbatical was not on the table. IDK if that's going to be a problem or not
Now that the introduction is over with (Again I am sorry for the wall of text), I would like to know :
Which Schools should I target for an MBA program, My order of preference would be Canada and Europe and USA , I would like to have a shot at scholarships as well (At least 50%)and for that I would even take schools with slightly lower ranking as my financials are not great and 55000 USD seems like my limit. In my MBA I would like to specialize in operations/project management as I have no interest in finance or marketing
Do I have a shot at Reputable Business analytics programs (MBA or Masters both) : Recently Analytics has caught my interest, and i have learned python in my free time but that's about it. I have no relevant work-ex and had statistics and C programming for only one semester in college, At the same time I willing to put in effort and I can enroll in courses to bridge the gap and to convince the AD-com. so which colleges would be within my reach

Regarding leaving your job, it won't be a huge deal, but you must address this in the optional essay section of your application. Keep it short and sweet.
As for programs with an operational/project management focus, you should consider the following:
Canada: York, Alberta, Wilfrid
Europe: IE, Athens, WHU
USA: Ohio State (Fisher), Penn State (Smeal), Indiana (Kelley)
Yes, you will have a shot at Masters in Business Analytics programs. Those are arguably easier to get into than the MBA programs. You should consider:
