For the most part, you need to have an LSAT and GMAT/GRE score to apply for dual admission. In nearly every case, you need to be accepted to both the law school and the business school separately and then after can be 'admitted' for the dual degree track. We put the admitted in quotes because it's not all that difficult to get the dual degree after having been accepted to both schools.
There are some programs that might not require all the exams. Northwestern's law school, for example, had not require the LSAT for some time. You should check if that is still the case.
Other than that, having a bachelor degree and, for the business school, some years of full-time work experience are the only actual requirements. All of this information is available online on the respective admissions office websites. You should check them out.
