Hi there,
Actually responded to you earlier on another thread you had posted on; overall things are looking good and the focus is on what you can still change, right-- your GMAT (good luck!!!) and your essays! It's good that the GPA trend over time was upwards, and you have the masters degree GPA even more recent so that helps as well.
Side note if you are unsure about Stanford I'd maybe not spend the time/$$ in applying.... it's literally the toughest school out there to get into, smaller class size than a lot of other top programs, most selective, highest average GMAT score... tough for ANYONE, so not saying it's impossible but if you are on the fence of whether you'd go there, that could be a reason not to focus on it and instead invest time in schools you'd really love to go to.
You mentioned submitting a resume; if you'd like you can sign up for a free 30 min consult with us, and at that time you do submit a resume and answer some q's and we'll provide a more in depth
profile review and answer any q's at all by phone, you register at

Also happy to help here. Good luck!
