Hey, I'd love to get a profile evaluation, as well as have a couple of questions answered:
Demographic: 26/M/Dual EU/US citizen
WE: I have 2 years (3 at matriculation) at a top-tier economic consulting firm.
GMAT: 730 (49 Q 40 V). Practice tests were in the 750-780 range (Verbal always 44+), is it worth my time to retake?
GPA: 3.7 in Electrical Engineering at BYU. Graduated in 2012.
EC/Volunteer: Currently head math instructor for a prison education outreach program. Served 2-year mission for my church, trained/led groups of ~15 other missionaries for 6+ months. Captained ~20 intramural teams during college.
Target Schools: Harvard, Stanford, Sloan, Booth, Kellogg, Haas, Anderson. Open to applying to most top 10-15 schools, are there any in particular I should look into? I'm applying R2 for Fall 2015 start.
Post-MBA goal: I would like to go into management at a large tech company (Google, Apple, etc.)

Thanks for posting and nice job on the GMAT. With a 730 you are at or above the average at all top global programs, so there's no need to re-take. You also have a strong GPA and presumably some solid work experience with demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills. Your community experience and dedication is commendable and notable for your applications certainly. With strong applications and essays, and more info/detail on your leadership skills and accomplishments etc, you would likely be considered at top programs, so it really depends upon what programs you feel you'd really fit well with.
