Hello Everyone,
I want to get an evaluation of my profile for Tuck, Darden, Kellogg, IESE and INSEAD
Nationality: Filipino
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Designation: Project Development Officer,Real estate development company
GMAT score: 710 (Q49, V38, IR7, AWA 5.0)
Year of Graduation: 2012 (3.45 GPA). top philippine university
International Experience: Semester abroad (France 2010)
Work Experience till date: 30 months (37 months by R1)
MBA Objective: Leverage emerging market real estate development experience to enhance managerial and strategic capabilities in an international setting. Short term: join consultancy firm post-grad (specialization in real estate developments for international, large-scale projects). Long term: build a company that creates bottom-of-the-pyramid residential and mixed-used development solutions in developing countries.
Experience:
1. 3 years work experience in project management: residential condominiums and subdivisions in provincial locations in the Philippines.
2. Led project teams in exceeding net income targets for two consecutive years.
3. Proposed solutions that helped minimized cost impact in our projects P&L.
Extracurricular:
1. Taught basic mathematics for primary school students in urban poor schools for two years.
2. Led community consulting arm in university.
Are my schools within target? Do you have any suggestions to strengthen my profile? I plan to apply R1 this year. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you have a good start in terms of your profile. Your past experience ties well with your future plans and you've given some thought to your shorter and longer term career plans. Be sure to make it clear how and why the MBA is needed to reach those goals, though I don't anticipate that would be a problem. Aim to focus on/highlight the QUALITY of your experiences as you'll have slightly fewer years of experience than the average accepted applicant at those schools; focus on where you've made an impact, shown leadership & gone above and beyond your role or assigned tasks.
You may have a shot at some of the schools on your list though they are also all quite competitive, so depending upon your application strategy you may wish to add a couple more slightly less ranked just for best odds.
