Hi, first of all congrats on getting through the GSB interview. That itself is a big milestone.
From what I’ve generally seen MBA Math can help signal quantitative readiness, especially if the GMAT Quant is on the lower side. It’s not something that will dramatically change a decision but it can give the AdCom some additional comfort about your academic preparedness.
If you’re considering it, it might be worth emailing the AdCom first to check whether they would accept it as an academic update post interview.
Also remember that GSB looks very holistically and a strong impact oriented profile can carry a lot of weight there.
Wishing you the best for the decision.

Hi everyone, I just completed my interview for Stanford GSB (R2). My profile is strong on the social entrepreneurship/impact side, but my GMAT is below the school's average, especially the Quant score.
Does anyone have experience with the GSB AdCom's stance on MBA Math as a supplemental 'academic update' post-interview? I'm considering completing it to provide extra comfort regarding my quantitative rigor.
Please give me tips!!!
