I'd recommend Wharton. Both schools are great, but Wharton has the better reputation in HCM and overall as an MBA program, and the larger network. Kellogg does have a more collaborative experience, but up to you what you want to weight. I'd recommend visiting both schools and sitting in on a class to see which one gives you the better feel.

Better school for health care?

Both are ranked very high - 3 and 4 respectively.

I have a friend at HCM and he enjoys it very much (I'm assuming you would do that program at Wharton). I also know how strong Kellogg is for Health Care, particularly in Chicago, with Baxter and Abbott Labs traditionally recruiting pretty heavily from there, and being based in the Chicagoland area. Tekada also has it's US headquarters in the Chicago burbs as well. I know less about HC opportunities from Wharton, but am sure it's a similar list.

Visit both schools and talk to alumni in places you would want to work, if possible.

You aren't going wrong either way.

Wharton for sure. I think of Wharton before Kellogg when I think about healthcare, and there are TONS of healthcare operations in the east coast. Not to mention that internationally the Wharton name will go a lot farther, which could give you a slight edge in your early years.
