I want to know what are my realistic chances of getting into one of the Top 20 B-School with the following assumptions. I am currently in an undergraduate program.
1. My GPA remains the same (or raises by .2)
2. [If] I achieve a GMAT of 690
3. President of a campus academic club
(but)
4. My university is low level (Tier 2).
In a way, my question is what a. affect will this have on my potential acceptance, b. would I have to compensate for it, and c. if so, how much?

can you elaborate. your question is not very clear. what's your gpa? when are you planning to apply to schools? what are you doing after undergrad? are you trying to decide how to spend limited time?
