I've been admitted to these 3 schools, all with around 40-60% aid.
My concentration will be finance and I hope to move into equity research/investment research/portfolio management.
I am 28y/o, with no work experience which is relevant to my career goals, I have been working in retail banking the past few years.
I know that going by the "rankings" Olin is superior but that Rochester and BC are known as finance powerhouses. I have no geographic preference save for one location providing better internship opportunities. Because I have no related experience it is important I am able to secure a relevant internship to my career goal.
It seems to me that BC/Rochester may be in a better location for equity research, on the other hand Olin seems to be held in higher regard. But due to the other 2 schools' strong reputation in finance, I feel like I'm comparing apples and oranges!
Any thoughts or insight are greatly appreciated!
