Booth is probably the better choice. Without prior experience at a top tier i-bank/PE firms prior to business school, you're not going to be able to build any major VC connections while in school. Booth will have more impressive finance students, which will help your network more if/when you want to move into VC after MC. Wouldn't worry about the fact you want to move home in 10 years...your work experience will be infinitely more important than your bschool at that points.

Prestige wise, Booth is generally considered a little better than Sloan, but there are certainly people who think Sloan is better. You can see the aggregate rankings here (with USnews and Businessweek considered the most valid):

The top MC firms recruit heavily from both Booth and Sloan too, so just go to the school you like better, which in your case, is Booth.

I would also go with Booth. It is very highly regarded and you simply like it better. Either school, however, will position you well enough to get a shot at interviewing with a top consulting firm.
