Hi guys,
I am an average student who have been admitted into 6 poor and average (lets face it) Bschools. My condition is somehow complicated. If I do not attend this year, I will miss the chance for next 2 or three years to study MBA in US, OR maybe forever.
Overall, my condition is GMAT 590 - TOEFL 104 - Graduate GPA 3.8 - Undergrad GPA 3.2 - No noticeable WE.
I have admission from
University of Cincinnati
Clarkson University
Clark University
Illinois Institute of Tech.
University of New Orleans
Arkansas State university
I have some minor scholarships from #2&3. First of all please honestly tell me, is any of these schools worth 1-1.5 year of time and about 50k+? Do anyone see a bright future for any of these schools (UC is the only ranked school among them (#61)) ? What I am looking for is to find a job after graduation with a fair salary between 50k-70k(Do not get me wrong, I am not aiming for a high salary in first years). As my financing, I have to fund my education not on my own but on my brother's shoulder which is not good for me, myslef. Although he has no problem providing me, but that is lots of money and I want to get a position to pay my debts after graduation to my brother. I am Iranian and all in all studying in US can be a good opportunity for me (way better than the poor working (in regards to salary) condition in my own country). Honestly, I, myself, did not reach a solid decision yet and really need to hear from you guys and anyone with related experience and any comment. I really appreciate any comment and guidance and ready to discuss my condition further.
many thanks
