Honestly, I would consider St. Gallen, but not HULT. But if you see a chance to make it into a better European / US program and there are no other reasons to start a program this fall (e.g. currently unemployed), I would try that in the next application cycle.

Hey grro27,
I have not reaserched any of those schools in depth but I think that your list of pros and cons gives you the answer. You say that your goal for the MBA is finding a job in that geography and it seems form your list of pros and cons that Hult will not take you there (unless you get really lucky).

I don't know anything about about Saint Gallen and my knowledge of Hult is limited to the "harrasment" I suffered form them during months with constant emails and phone calls trying to make me apply. Since I took the GMAT (where they obtained my contact details from) I have received at least 50 emails and 10 phone calls (maybe more) from their marketing team. They say they are a top international MBA program but I have not seen any top school begging for applicants like they do, at least for me that was an absolute deal-breaker. Also, I haven't heard good things about Hult, quite the opposite. However, this is a personal opinion I created form my experience with them and what I heard but I haven't talked to anyone in the program. If you are seriously considering Hult I encourage you to contact some students/alumni so you can have a clear perspective and image of the school and the possibilities of finding a job in the US.

If you are finally determined to go to the US and want to land a job there, I would apply to a more reputed 1-year program (such as Columbia, Cornell, Kellogg...), even if that means waiting for another year.
Also, have you considered applying to other European programs? If your concern is timing, some of them have rolling admissions or have numerous rounds, so you could still be on time to apply.
Have you researched the possibility of an exchange to the US form a European school? I would check the international exchange agreements Saint Gallen (and other European schools) have, maybe you could go 3 months on exchange to a nice program in the US and that might open you an opportunity to find a job there.

I hope this helps :)
