Thank you so much BB. Have gotten mixed reviews from people I've spoken to. Everyone is of the opinion that at the end of the day, the course is what you make of it.
I have no preferences between Singapore and Canada, but I've heard that for long-term Canada seems to be a better bet, especially for Indian students.
Any thoughts on that?
bbSingapore- Also has good job market. Both the places are not like India for finding a job. Since you need to network to find the job. But in India- you might get campus placements.
Canada- Of course, is good for the long term if you are planning to settle there. But the universities you have mentioned are 2nd tiers. So you might need to look into the possibility of getting better job though they give you 1-2 year work permit.
It also depends on the gamble you are planning to take. How long you have before accepting the offer from SMU? If the timeline for getting the feedback from Canadain schools falls before the deposit date for SMU, I would suggest you try it. But if it otherwise, it will be difficult.
IMO- Both Singapore and Canada is for Indian Candidates. But it all depends on your priority and where you want to live.
