Need help deciding between UCLA w/ ($$) vs. NYU (no scholarship). Some facts:
1. I am originally from Los Angeles and will want to end up on the West Coast in the end. I don't mind working in the east cost for a few years, but definitely want to be on the West Coast later on in life.
2. I'm leaning towards finance, but may change my mind and go into Tech/Marketing (or Marketing for a Tech company). I think NYU is increasing their focus on Tech.
3. If all things were equal (i.e. if i didn't get a scholarship), I probably would have chosen NYU over UCLA. Considering the scholarship, tuition, and living expenses, NYU will likely be $80k more expensive. I have some money saved up, but I will be funding a majority of my expenses with student loans.
Anyone have any advice? If you need some more info, I am happy to answer any questions.
Thanks!!!
