let me share this from my experience: if you want to stick to finance and work in NYC area upon graduation then one good option is to choose a school in or around NYC region. doing so, will help you socialize and network more with the people over there and you might get some opportunities to visit their campuses and see their work-style, culture and a day at work.
Also, i understand finances govern choice to some extent and i may talk more about it if you share some details on your scholarship and attendance cost.

I didn't get any scholarship from UIUC or Baruch while I've received an unofficial email regarding my admission to OSU, I will get more details by the end of this week. Same with Simon. but I think i will get some aid from both OSU and Simon. I will update you as soon as i know.
UIUC is super expensive and so cost
might be an issue in this case.
I'm inclined towards OSU right now but I want to know if that would be the best option if I want to move to NY after graduation and also some insight on the ROI in all the 4 cases would be really helpful.
