I think it's more about relating to Cornell and the program rather than what I didn't like about NYU. It's not that I didn't like NYU, it looks great, I just didn't relate to it as much. There was something about Cornell that seemed more tech-oriented, more supportive of entrepreneurship, more emphasis on conscious leadership and the entire experience with them was more pleasant, they seemed more interested in me etc. Overall I feel like I want to join that program, but I'm just afraid of the lesser reputation and actual contribution to my career.

I've read a lot of previous threads about Cornell and NYU vs. Cornell. I got a sense of it, but still not sure. With the focus on startups and small companies does it matter much if I go to a school that's good but not the best? Is Cornell really more techy as it seems to be?
And obviously their move to the city also changes things.

Have you spoken to any EMBA alumni from either school in situations that either are or were similar to yours?

I know some people from NYU and I've spoken to them about the program, but haven't managed to speak to any Cornell alumni. I'll try to reach out to some
