Hi and congratulations on your admits!
You have a tricky choice 🥴 - you’ll be graduating in five or seven years and potentially some of your goals will change since a lot of the people realize their priorities have changed or they find their choices evolve.
At the same time, these are all great programs that you shouldn’t be really concerned about being too narrow or for some reason dropping to the bottom of the rankings list. Hi I think I can also expect a number of people will end up paying deposits for multiple programs since that seems to be the cool thing to do these days 😂 keep in mind, they’re not refundable
I don’t think your list of requirements necessarily lens itself to a particular program very strongly. You’ll be doing a lot of travel in any business school program really. Some people do study abroad but that’s always a tricky proposition because you have to get all of your recruiting squared away before hand. Some programs do it in the first semester of the second year and others do it in the last semester the last few months. I’m not sure it’s worth choosing organizing about it five years before hand.
I would say the main different sheet among the programs you applied to is the Columbia program being more aligned with media goals and also a program that’s attracting a lot of the New York residents. A good chunk of your class will be New York City natives which some feel creates a little bit of a commuter program… but you can probably argue some things some more about booth as well.
I really could see going to any of these three programs. These are all extremely prestigious and high caliber programs that attract top employers in place well in consulting and tech companies. Again, the only slightly distinguishing element is Colombia‘s proximity to media employers in New York but I’m not sure I would be hanging my hat on just that 🤷♂️
