Hi!

I've been accepted to some top ranked schools for Business Analytics including Emory, Ivey, UC Davis, UC Irvine, Babson, Northeastern, Notre Dame etc. for this fall. However, I am in a dilemma choosing between Emory's Goizueta and Western's Ivey. Would appreciate some insights.

Hello mahirkamal,

There is no right or wrong decision here and your choice should be guided by the geography you wish to target. Both geographies have their own pros and cons.

mahirkamal, congrats on the admits. What are your post-MBA goals: in terms of target sector, function, geography, and perhaps target companies? Identifying which of these schools have more alumni presence and thereby recruitment in your target areas can help in choosing one. The schools' employment reports and/ or LinkedIn search for alumni can help. Other factors that can be considered include geographic preference (this can be personal), cost/ ROI (is there scholarships from either/ both) and also which of the alumni you resonate the most with, if you had the chance to interact with them.
