Cornell Johnson allows applicants to request a GMAT/GRE waiver if they can show they're prepared for the academic demands of the MBA program without a standardized test score. The AdComs typically looks for evidence of quantitative ability through your academic record, the type of work you've done, professional certifications, or other experiences that demonstrate strong analytical skills. Every request is reviewed on its own, so there isn't a single profile that guarantees approval.
If you're considering applying without a test score, it's worth finding out whether a waiver is the right choice. In some cases, it makes perfect sense. In others, submitting a strong GMAT or GRE score may give your application an extra boost.
