What profile does LBS look for? Indian MBA aspirant

Question

I'm planning to take GMAT in 2 months and I've 1.5 years of experience. I have worked in creative field handling brand management and PR outreach gig for multiple companies but since I don't have a background in this field, I have subpar salary. I am aiming for LBS 1-year programme in next year round. Can some expert drop tips? FYI I've worked on an NGO for animal cruelty with my 2 lawyer friends, have end-to-end brand voice development work, got national level certificates from ministries in Theatre, dance, I've my own art page, I've worked for LGBTQIA+ community awareness in college, worked as a co-editor for college science magazine (one of top colleges in country), studied in a distinct different field, working in different field, and I've also recieved a project based fellowship from ICICI (Which I didn't take up), but overall I think I know how leadership works and I've made a v diverse profile.

@ozzaayy - For the LBS 1-year MBA, one of the prerequisites is having an MiM or equivalent accredited by EQUIS and/or AACSB or from a University of London institution. Have you checked this aspect? Official reference is here . Regarding GMAT, the average (Classic) GMAT score of the LBS MBA cohort typically tends to be around 710-720, so it'd be ideal to aim for 10-20 points above this i.e. GFE equivalent. I am currently working with candidates targeting the first batch of 1-year LBS MBA program, so I'm happy to share some unique insights from researching the target candidates LBS is seeking. The adcoms claim that the target audience for the 1-year program is quite different from the flagship MBA. They see the rise in the popularity of the MiM program as the trigger for introducing this 1-year MBA for folks who want the MBA degree but aren't keen to spend a lot of time being out of the workforce. Another significant target group is entrepreneurs and mid-career professionals who have very clearly defined (post MBA) career paths and don't necessarily need a lot of spoon-feeding in terms of finding the right opportunities post-MBA. So all in all, they are seeking candidates who are not looking for a major shift in career(with typically between 3 and 6 years of experience). This program will not have full-fledged core courses and the typical exchange opportunities. At the surface of it, you seem significantly under the required experience for the program.
