I am a Commerce post graduate with above average academics. My Gmat Focus edition score is 645. I am an entrepreneur, have been running a successful business for 4 years. I also have experience working part time as a manager and editor for 2 Youtube channels. I was a member and a district leader at an International NGO for 4 plus years.

There are multiple bright areas in your profile. Your GMAT score of 645 (700 Equivalent from the Classical version) also at par with ISB's average.
As an alum and admissions consultant, would recommend to focus on the following in your apps:
- If your business is doing well, why do you want to pursue a MBA ? This is only relevant in case you are stating your short term goals post MBA is not to pursue your business.
- Demonstrate how leveraged cross culture / culture dynamics and best practices during your stint with the NGO.
- Instead of just stating that you were the manager of 2 YT Channels, focus on what did you learn from that experience and potentially close the loop by giving examples of how this experience helped you in your core business as well.
