Hi ! As far as GMAT is concerned, definitely it is good but the information provided by you is not complete.
As former director of Admissions at ISB, I can say with reasonable confidence that GMAT is just one of many components for ISB evaluation. Please do share name of your academic institution to evaluate it in more detail.
Needless to say, your essays and interviews play a critical role, most often their weights are more than what many applicants feel.

bobrossmobboss - The GPA is a bit on the lower side: any reasons, and was it low during any particular semesters? The Tier-1 pedigree and GMAT score can help compensate for this though.
I would like to know more about your work-ex and profile: which company, nature of your role (e.g. which functions/ topics have you worked on), any progressions (promotions?), has the company been a feeder to ISB, extracurriculars, post-MBA career goals, etc.
It'd also be crucial to have a strong narrative covering your experiences, career goals, and how ISB fits in.
