With a good GMAT score do I have a chance or should I just forget ISB and focus on other schools.

Dear phantom240902,

One glance through your profile tells us that your academic performance overall has been steady and consistent, with a clear strength in Mathematics where you have repeatedly excelled. Your experience working in your family’s manufacturing business carries strong potential to showcase meaningful impact, and your decision to upskill through CFA Level 1 will be a valuable asset if you eventually target a transition into finance. Your volunteer work teaching underprivileged children at an NGO and your long standing interest in Hindustani classical violin add an authentic and distinctive dimension to your profile.

We do see real potential in your candidature and to make it truly holistic, it will need to be supported by a good GMAT score. A score of around 655 plus on the GMAT Focus Edition would be ideal. What matters most is how you are able to bring all these elements of your profile together in your application essays with clarity and purpose.

We would be happy to connect and understand your profile better so we can offer more personalised guidance. At Team FLY, we are a collective of ISB alumni dedicated to supporting prospective applicants with profile positioning, essay reviews and interview preparation. Please feel free to book a complimentary fifteen minute session for a detailed discussion with us: https://calendly.com/reachusfly/15min

With warm regards,
Team FLY
