With a good GMAT score do I have a chance or should I just forget ISB and focus on other schools.

No, you should not forget about ISB. However, gaining an additional year of work experience would definitely be helpful.
Yes, getting a good score is important; however, putting forth a set of compelling essays is equally important. So, focus on why you need the PGP, what your post PGP plans are, and what are the strengths that set you apart.
