Pranav1198,
A look through your profile suggests that while your academic performance has been largely average, your GMAT Focus Edition score is clearly a strong positive. It stands comfortably above the median score of many successful ISB admits and to a meaningful extent compensates for the academic aspect, adding strength to your overall profile.
Your profile truly stands out in terms of work experience. Within a span of 3.5 years, you have demonstrated clear career progression and have worked extensively in a niche and highly relevant area of credit risk and fraud analytics. Your exposure to a banking client across multiple African markets, combined with hands on experience in reporting, analysis, and model development, positions your profile well and adds a distinct edge.
We currently have limited information on the extracurricular aspect beyond company led CSR initiatives, community cleaning and plantation drives, and your participation in half and full marathons. While this makes it slightly difficult to comment on the full depth of this dimension, these activities do reflect consistency, discipline, and a sense of social responsibility.
Overall, we believe you have a good and competitive profile. We do not see a strong need for retaking the GMAT at this stage. Instead, we feel your focus would be best placed on thoughtfully presenting your journey, motivations, and impact through the admission essays in the best possible manner.
We would be happy to connect over a brief call to understand your profile in greater detail and offer more personalized guidance.
