Hello Everyone,
I am planning to apply for the upcoming ISB Round 1 and would appreciate a profile evaluation. Here are my details:
Profile Overview:
• Demographic: GEM (General Engineer Male)
Education:
• B.Tech: Electrical Engineering from Nirma University (7.68 CGPA, Class of 2021)
• 12th Standard: 85.6%
• 10th Standard: 9.2 CGPA
Work Experience & Business Impact (4.6 Years):
• Industry: IT & Tech Consulting (Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant)
• Core Expertise: SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant
Key Projects & Achievements:
• Current Role (Accenture - BP Quantum Project): Acting as a Techno-Functional Consultant specifically within the Supplier and Finance domains. Responsible for driving technical strategies that bridge the gap between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Mars CFIN Integration Project: Led critical data migration workstreams (Customers, Vendors, Materials). Automated real-time data replication between SAP MDG and Central Finance, directly improving financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• CCEP (Coca-Cola India) Global ERP Deployment: Served as an MDG Developer, defining technical strategies and managing deliverables across multiple domains.
• Awards & Recognition:
• Awarded the "Shining Star" at Capgemini for consistent high-value contributions and leadership beyond my core duties.
• Won the "Always Striving, Never Settling" award for navigating a complex, multi-vendor environment and ensuring project success on the Mars integration.
