You can take help from Mbacrystalball. You can check the reviews and their blogs as well.
I have used them for my application this year and found them pretty honest and straightforward. Would recommend them for their work.

P.S. I don't get paid by them for this endorsement. Most of their business comes from word-of-mouth publicity. Though they choose their clients before working with them.

Can you also guide on what is the right time to contact any admission consultant.?
I mean how many weeks/months before my application deadline.?
