I hope this person was kidding. I can personally assure you that type of feeling you get waiting for a little number on a computer screen goes up or down a couple of points is nowhere close to the feeling that comes over you as you are patrolling through Baghdad. Poor analogy. Otherwise pretty good article.
Okay, so perhaps author does know what a mission in Iraq feels like. Didn't bother to read who the author was before I made my comment. Still, he may have gone a bit overboard in the comparison.
