I have a basic understanding of Inequalities, but I cannot seem to solve these problems on DS. This is my real weakness. I know they test different things like Positives and Negatives. I have gone through the Number Properties book and I understand the basics. I've also gone through the inequalities Chapters in the Manhattan Book. What can I do to get better at this?

Just practice dude, practice every inequality problem in this forum (use the tags).
Maybe, they will be difficult at the begining, but in some days you will master the concepts.
That's what I am doing, and it is working!

Yes, the inequalities and mod based questions will be the trickiest Quant questions you will come across in GMAT (there will also be some very tricky number properties question but you may not realize they are tricky!). I concur with the post above. You need to practice to get comfortable with these questions.
