I have written gmat twice ...and yes gearing towards third take
First time in Nov 2011 my Math Score was 48
Second time in Jun 2012 my math Score was 49
Third time I want to make my math score 50/51
I have used 3 practice tests from Manhattan with T#1=Q40, T#2=Q46 T#3=Q43
Multiple times of GMAT prep
GMAT Prep Old version (before 2008) T#1= Q49, T#2 = Q47
GMAT Prep New version (after 2008) T#1 = Q48, T#2 = Q47, T#2 R#2 = Q49 T#2 R#3 = Q50 (Repetition)
Actual GMAT Q49
Materials I have are
1) Balance 3 MGMAT tests - Quants are not difficult but time taking to solve
2) GMAT Prep Question Set Pack 1 - Did verbal but not quantitative
3) Have Manhattan Advanced Quant Book - But feeling asleep going thru thick book
4) Have access to GMAT Club tests - Will definitely do this time, missed last time
Guys please suggest what other additional material I will need for my preparation to touch Q to 50/51
There is no mention of verbal as I am ashamed of my verbal score

I think the gmatclub tests will serve you well. Great for timing and they cover a good deal of material on the test. I think the level of diffuculty ranges from the 600s to the high 700s. I thought these tests were excellent at helping me work on my timing.
Second, I reccomend the 5 MGMAT quant books. Especially the number properties book. These books are simply laid out, with relevant exercises, that closely mirror the actual test.
Best of luck going from a 49 to a 50/51. Anything is possible, but that is going to require a great level of attention to detail.

Looking at your scores, honestly your Q49 is right in the range that you should be expecting. If you are shooting for a high overall score, you need to spend more time on your verbal.
But if you are for some reason still tyring to increase your Quant up to Q50 (which might only bump your overall score up by 10-20 points) then I would use the Manhattan GMAT Advanced quant book, or the 5 quant guides. Doing practice problems only will not be the best way to study for Quant. You need to learn the best strategies and knowledge to save yourself time and effort so you can give your best to EVERY questions.
In your case, I would sugges that you work VERY hard on verbal, and spend less time on quant so you can push your score up. With such a low verbal score, your overall GMAT score is never going to get into the 700 range no matter how well you do in quant.
