As you are scoring Q45 Consistently, i believe all you need is to identify your weak area and work on that section until you become comfortable.
First step i would do is to analyze my quant mock tests and identify my weak areas.
Then work on understanding the concept and then do practice questions based on difficulty levels.

BTW did you try GMAT Club Quant CATs ? Those are the best CAT's you could get for GMAT Quant.

What types of questions are you missing at the lowest level? In other words - if you miss easy questions, what types of easy questions are they? Start there. If you're lucky, the answer will be clear, and patching up any "holes in your foundation" in these topics will get you that last couple of points.
