H = house painted
m = number of houses
n = number of workers

Formula => mH = nxd

Two worker use 5 days to paint 1 house => mH = H = xnd = 5*2x = 10x

Number of worked required = n = mH/d = 6H/(xd) = 6*10x /x = 60

Two workers use 5 days to paint 1 house, if owner requires 6 painted-houses to be finished in 1 day. How many worker owner has to hire?

You know that 2 workers = 5days of work so 1 worker = 10 days of work for 1 house if 6 houses are needed, times by 6 = 60 . No need to come up with a formula not enough time. Practice doing this in your head( breaking down the questions).

2 workers paints 1/5 house /day thus 10 workers are needed for 1 house per day thus 60 is the answer

When you have three variables make one variable constant and move from there.
2 W - 5 days - 1 house

1 W - 10 days - 1 house

1 W - 60 days - 6 houses

? W - 1 day - 6 houses

will need more workers. So its 60/1 X 1 = 60
