Does the train of the speed exceed 80 km/hr?

1. The train crosses a standing person in 8 sec.

2. The train takes 12 sec to cross a 150m long bridge.

Hi JayPatadiya,
Thanks for the question, just a small correction required here. Instead of " Train of the speed" we should have " Speed of the train ".
Hope you will look into this. Thanks.

Thanks for highlighting, I apologise for the typo error.

This question tries to trick us into choosing option B.
What we have to realize here is that the total distance for a train to cross is the sum of the distance it needs to cross + its own length.
For a point object such as a person, it is equal to the trains own length.

With this in mind, let's proceed.
S1: All we can conclude from this statement is that the length of train = 8*speed.
Cannot find speed

S2:
Total distance + 150 + length of train
time = 12 sec
Don't know the length of train. INSUFF

S1 +S2
we have everything.
