Is this an official question?

According to the tag just above the first post this is a Jamboree question (so not official).

A number is randomly selected from the first 100 positive multiples of 5. What is the probability that the selected number is a saturated number?
1. A saturated number is a positive integer that has exactly two distinct positive factors.
Only PRIME numbers have exactly two distinct positive factors, 1 and itself.
Thus, only 5 is the saturated number and P= 1/100
Sufficient

2. A saturated number must be odd.
Saturated number should be odd, but what is it exactly. We don’t know.
It could be that saturated numbers are prime numbers.
It could be that saturated numbers are multiple of 3 and so on.
Insufficient

A
Can you elaborate on point 2, please? My confusion is that the question stem states it is the first 100 multiples of 5 - and part 2 says saturated numbers are odd, so does this not mean we have to pick only the odd numbers from the complete group of the 100 multiples of 5? I calculated this to be a finite group of 50 numbers which end with 5 in the units place... I'm sure I am missing something here..... Please guide

why is it not D?
Statement B says - A saturated number must be odd.

We have 5,10,15,.......500
out of these odd and in the above range are - 5, 15, 25, 35, ... , 495

So B also gives the answer
