When [k^(n-1)]/[k-1]=k^(n-1)+k^(n-2)+.....+k+1, 7^8+7^7+.....+1= 6,725,601, what is the value of 7^9?

A. 6*6,725,601 + 1 B. 6*6,725,601 -1 C. 5*6,725,601 +1 D. 5*6,725,601 -1 E. 7*6,725,601+1
