Hello guys,
I just took my gmat for the first time today. I scored 640 (50Q / 27V).
I am confused, my verbal score is the lowest score I have ever had. In my practice tests I used to have around 33, I got 37 once.
Anyway, I need help to get to the 40s in the verbal. Is it impossible to do for a non native speaker like me ? I mean I worked with most of the "best" books... MGMAT SC, Powerprep CR, OG 11 and 12... I have to say though that I worked most of the work in 2 weeks (2 weeks for V and another 2 weaks for Q with 12 to 14 hours of work per day)
For the quant, I really appreciated the math tests of this forum that helped me a lot. They were hard and had a lot of tips.
Any advice for the verbal please ?

You can try other material such as LSAT RC and/or LSAT CR which are said to be tougher than the GMAT.
