My verbal is horrible even after two months of endless study. How do I break through V30? My last self assessment was 24.
Some things I noticed: a) I took at least 11 mins for long passages which have at least 7 questions. b) I always got into nearly-right situations. For instance when I am left with two answer choice B and D, I chose D where the correct answer is B. This is especially prevalent in my CR c) Speaking of which, I am lousy in assumption/strengthen/weaken/inference. I did used the negation and bridging method. But there always seem to be an alternative explanation to my incorrect answer choice.
