hi everyone , thanks in advance for taking time to read this and express your views. though i know , its not a good idea to try and understand the gmat scoring algorithm , but still often reading blogs here , its stuck to me that initial questions matter , string of answers matter and also you need to balance the estimate at the end of section , it should not be a rise and drastic fall at the end . well my recent gmat prep mock was nothing like this and mostly like what it should be . so i am kind of having a trouble with just a verbal 28 and 14 questions wrong and only 2 wrong out of first 10 i.e 3rd and 4th . i am attaching a screenshot of the same . i could have got atleast 5 more questions right considering the exam pressure and being realistic . attention to detail majorly and sometimes poor time management early creating a domino effect has been my problem. still i would like some opinions and as i am an MIM aspirant and need 690-720 and V 34-35 would do , if i can get q49 , which also tragically i always don't end up getting because i didn't read carefully and spent more time which affects later on , and since i have studied from gmat club , questions don't seem difficult , i have score Q49 in gmat club quant tests , and those silly mistakes cost a lot , but it depends on me i know . sorry for cribbing here , but gmat seems like breathing now .
please some suggestions abhimahna sir and all of you who can help . i have my exam in 2 weeks bb thanks a lot again

If you see your streak from ques no 22 to 36, you have a wave, couple of right, then wrong, right , wrong, Which just didn't le your graph go up. As soon as gmat gave you tough ques, you messed, and it brought you to same level .
Although first 10 may matter, nobody knows firmly, but Streak of right answers also do matter. Doing 14 wrong is just not a way to get v34-35, You should work on fundamentals of 600-700 level, It will bring more result than 700+ level questions.
i think after getting 7-8 wrong you will be able to manage V38-39
