Dear Experts,
I made a verbal skipping strategy as attached below. Can anyone suggest me any changes or improvement? Is it correct?
I will guess and move ahead in total 4 questions, in different section. I have got enough accuracy in medium level questions but sometime in Hard questions I consume much time and that affect other medium level questions.
Assumptions:
1) I will guess only CR/SC questions, and that too only which are Hard (for me).
2) Assumption is in remaining 32 questions I will have 90% accuracy ~ 29 questions right.
3) So If we assume all guessed questions are wrong then total number of wrong questions are: 7
4) No consecutive mistakes, I will not guess the question consecutively, or even If I think even after spending 2 mins I might wrong in that question then I will not guess next 3-4 questions.
Reason behind making this strategy is, I often run out of the time in Verbal section and ruin my test so badly.
It would be helpful if any of the GMATClub member, who has made such strategy before and implemented successfully, share his/her view on this so I can improve.

You are being too much specific.
You don't know if you will be able to solve RC and CR question in 2min.
Targeting time is not correct approach. With this approach your accuracy will be affected.
