C for me. It is the only one that directly attacks the premise that watching TV as a child will put you in prison.

Irrelevant - conclusion is that watching TV as kids lead to criminal behavior. Continued TV watching has not relevance in the statement 1. Many children continue to watch television when they become adults.

Breaks the conclusion by saying that there are people who are not criminals and who had watched TV as kids. Opposed the assumption used to reach to conclusion (Assumption - watching TV as a kid will make you a criminal) 3.
