Hi Can any one help me with the attached CR question?
I could not understand why the answer is E. Magoosh explanation says
Answer= (E). The key to this problem lies in the expression “the most that can be done.” If the passage concludes that following ManageFix!’s plan is the most that can be done, the question arises: why wouldn’t following both plans be the most that can be done? It can only be true that ManageFix!’s plan alone does the most to cut unnecessary costs if combining it with EfficiencyRun’s plan is not feasible, as in (E).
The qu storm clearly says ‘by following ManageFix plan, ....’ So how can we assume that ‘the most thy can be done’ is by combining?

Argument conclusion is by following MF solution - OC will be doing most to cut unnecessary cost due to inefficient corporate structure.
Let's say MF solution is Fire 10 junior managers (paid lesser - Rs. 10 lakhs each) which are not required now considering number project OC is handling.
While ER proposed fire 2 General managers (paid heavily - Rs. 40 lakhs each) against these 2 GM are also redundant as per current project load/order book of OC.
Now here MF solution is saving more money.
But still not the best option for OC. They can save most money by following proposed solutions by both MF and ER.
